1. Return Window

You have a period of 90 days from the exact date your package is delivered to request a return. Requests submitted after this 90-day period are not eligible for a return or refund.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To ensure a valid return and subsequent approval, the product must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The product must be completely unused, clean, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be housed in its original packaging, containing all parts, manuals, and accessories that came with it.
  • You must provide your order number and valid proof of purchase from our store.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is fully responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not cover return postage or provide pre-paid return shipping labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our facilities.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Send an email to our support team at support@hattrackshop.shop including your order number and your specific request.
  2. Our team will verify your purchase information. If eligible, we will reply with the proper return authorization and the designated return center address.
  3. Pack the unused item securely in its original packaging, ship it via your chosen carrier, and reply to our support thread with the return tracking number.

5. Final Sale Items

We currently have no final sale items in our store. All items listed are eligible for returns within the 90-day window, provided they comply with the unused condition requirements outlined above.
